adding a 12v dc socket

I have satellite radio, and would like to install a seperate 12v dc cigarette lighter for it so that I can still have access to the cupholder area if necessary.
Can I just get an additional socket from radio shack and splice into the existing one (maybe install a bigger fuse in the fuse box) or is there a better way to do it?

Also, does the 2005 civic sedan only have the 1 12v socket?

Thanks for suggestions.

circuit city, kragen, or an autoparts store should have a 4-1 adapter. I have two in my car, and can still use the cupholders just fine. they're around $3-$4.

Do not simply install a bigger fuse. That isn't how a fuse box works. A fuse is designed to blow when the amount of current flowing through the wire exceeds the capacity for it's thickness (gauge). It's fine to chain off of the fuse box, but you cannot just plug in a bigger fuse and expect it to be safe.
