HELP.......slider removal from factory seat bracket
guys, I need help asap, got racing seats being delivered this week, got my bros old seats with brackets from his 2001 civic, how do you get the sliders off the brackets, will have brackets fabed to fit the new seats, is there a pin or bolt somewhere on the slider or bracket, i just need the brackets, any help would be appr. pictures would be awesome, i need this asap, have a show this coming sunday, need to have them in by then, thanks

So you want the slider rails separated from the rest of the bracket assembly? I think you can just lift the adjustment lever and they just slide out of their holes. Happened when I was tryin to get the stock seats back. Oh and I think they have a little plastic clip in the back that holds the slider on but mine broke so maybe thats why.

wnating the sliders to seperate from the mounting brackets for the floor board, when i push the lever down it slides for adjustment but wont slide all the way off, plastic piece on end of sliders is gone, already have off the seats, feels like something is catching it, any help would be appr. thanks

its not the trim piece I'm talking about but a small black clip that is on the end of just the slider (fits in the groove). It's almost like a cap. Its not those trim pieces that hide the seat bolts. But maybe its not that. Have you checked for a metal bracket that could be stopping em? Cause I think a little plastic won't hold the whole seat from sliding out. Its prolly something strong you may have to cut like a metal piece that stops em from coming out.
