I am sick of my auto transmission i want a manual? What parts do i need to do this swap? Can someone give me a list of parts i will need to do this or any articles or anything? If someone has parts they want to sell giev me a list PM me? Just need a list of parts i will need?

trade in your car, get a manual car. The money isn't worth whatever price you'll lose to trade it in for a manual car. Or, why stop there, you could actually get a sportscar while you're trading it up...

honestly, you can make an awesome drag strip car with an auto too... how come you wonna do a conversion? not feeling the auto tranny?

just keep the auto....get a turbo in it...and i heard buddy club has a program that lets you adjust the shifttimes...so ur auto can drive like a stick...i looked into it for mine no one will touch the car to do a swap near me...

im in NJ too bro.. i talked to about 5 diff places and all said between 5 and 6 to do the swap, if you supply the parts.. im doin the same thing

I'd love to find someone who wanted to ditch there stock 04-FBP manual tranny for my auto -

yeah but who is dumb enough to ditch there stock tranny thats stick...anyways if u go turbo the spool will be quicker for ur auto then stick...then buddyclubs comp program an auto can be close to stick...any prob cheaper too....i think

1320 in linden will do the whole swap for 4500 before my car got totaled thats the quote i got plus im cool with the guy that works there

but i guess if they just wanted to ditch it whats the difference if they ditched an auto or manual?

I wont go turbo, friend of mine's car burnt to a crisp on the TPK this spring when he was leaving a meet -

sure, there were probs with the install, but seeing that really scared the hell out of a lot of us -

i am doing the swap i know a guy in the bussiness and my friesnds dad knows a lot about cars and said he can do it for nothing just the parts cost me if i help him do it. so i need lots of parts i have a list of all of teh parts i need for the swap anyone have these parts let me know?

yeap I've built my auto tranny with the TCI Auto kit ( write up to come soon) since mine was having so many issues. Now running 12 psi on it I was doing better than some manuals when running around.
