how many miles on the car? Still have a warenty? if not, try and spin the compressor with you hand make sure its not locked up. If you cant spin it by hand try a wrench, if you cant do that its froze and you compressor is probably gone.. if you can spin it. take it in, and see about getting it looked at, possibly recharged cause it could be low on freeon, which could be why its not kicking on.
I have about 81K miles on the car and itz not on warranty anymore. How can I spin the compressor? Should I just spin the pulley? Engin has to be on? I recharged freon today because I thought that could solve the problem but it didn't. Seems like there is an electrical problem but I don't know what.

First off dont ever just start adding refrigerant to your system if you have no idea what the problem is. You could have a fully charged system, but have an electrical problem, and now you have just overcharged the system which means even if you fix the problem, you will still have warm air blowing cause you are overcharged. If the compressor doesnt click on at all, first check to see if you have any HVAC trouble codes. It is just like reading OBD1 codes where you count the number of flashes on the dash. I would have to look up in my manaul to see the procedure. But also check to see if you have power to the compressor clutch.
