Anyone know how to adjust idle range?

On my last car I had an idler screw...cake....this car does not seem to be that easy...tried to adjust the throttle cable to make it idle up a bit but it will only idle where i wan't it to some times...I know AEM EMS can do this but I am wondering without it if it is possible...maybe something i am missing not having a repair manual...any help would be appreciated, Thanx

idle can be adjusted on the throttle body by turning the set screw. Tightening your throttle cable is not the right way and can lead to a broken cable down the road.
