Civic VP engine internals?

Is there anything i can do to the engine internals in my 05 vp to get more hp and make the motor tougher?

Not trying to be mean or anything, but if you don't know what you can do to your internals to make hp, you should definately do some research. Try to understand how everything in the motor works and you'll be able to figure out what you need to do to get more power out of it. Either that or you can pay someone to do everything for you, but if you don't know much about internals, you will most likely end up getting screwed out of some cash.
