wireing a remote start on manual

Dont put a remote start on a manual, thats a serious safety hazard. If you remote start it in gear, there goes your car, down the road. That is why they are generally only on autos. I have seen a few on manuals, but being a prior installer, I have a strict no manual policy. Too much liability involved.

edit: PM me for further instructions.
in the two years ive had my remote start installed, I have NEVER had a runaway car. In the rare case that I DO need to leave my car in gear, i have a switch inline of my neutral safety that will not let remote start engage.

I would keep this info to PM's at a min. i'm doing this to my 5spd in about a week. I'm the only one that drives my car. I always leave it in neutral w/parking brake. The only way somthing can go wrong is if someone else is using your car. If by chance someone else has your car like a shop it would be a good idea to inform them of the remote start so they don't do somthing stupid.
O Yeah how bout a bump for some help on how to do this!!!!! Not why not to!!!!!!!!!!!

I did this on my car. hook it up to the e brake and do a clutch bypass and never leave ur car in gear. If someone else parks your car or drives it. Do not start it because u dont know if they left it in gear. I have had mine installed for over a year and also have the switch to deactivate it installed.
