Well first you need to take your whole door apart, and get to the inside of the handle, There will be an inset either welded or bolted on, this needs to come off and then you take a flat piece of sheetmetal and lay it over the hole where the handle was, weld it on and then grind the fool out of it until it is flat, then prep, and paint, then you need to go out and get some door actuators that can pop open your door, get the strong ones cuz then you can nail annoying ppl standing by your car
Thats how a friend of mine did it on an old s-10, you might want to hire a metal worker to do the welding/smoothing. Anyways hope this helps a bit

speedracersong: This is a common question that Junior Membes ask. Do you guys think it's easy or something? Just take off the plastic and it'll be flat under there or something? Anyway...
1. Take off the plastic door handles.
2. Take out the interior door panels.
3. Peel back the white sheet that's under the door panels.
4. Cut out the sheet metal around the door handle to make a hole with flat edges.
5. Now sand that area for adhesion when welding from the inside.
6. Weld on a flat piece of sheet metal from the inside.
7. Use filler and fill that sucker up from the outside.
8. Sand and fill until flush.
9. Prime the area to be painted.
10. Paint the area with basecoat and then clearcoat.
That's it. 10 easy steps to shave your door handles. Then just shut the doors and you'll never be able to get into your car. Haha. That's why you need door poppers too. They're basically powerful seleniods that apply a linear force rather quickly. You'll need remote transmitters too. Maybe a couple of car alarms out there have extra channels for other accessories like this.
IMO it's not worth it. I'de rather have a mechanical lock that looks cooler. That would be nice. The RSX has nicer door handles IMO. Maybe you could go for a swap?

yeah i could do that but, i dont think i would do it myself... but still i think the shaved door handles look tight on the back of a four door.

if u look closely the place where the door handle was is kinda blurry looking, i think i can make my car look cleaner than that so it looks like a door handle was never there. i just need money.... does anyone know how much it would cost?
-thanks
