okay, i'm gonna stop the jokes, but the better question is how nice do you still want the car to look because to drop 200 lbs you are gonna have to take out A LOT of ****. I'm talking about seats, spare, carpet, all panels, maybe even some windows.
Yes, it's an Acura EL

IMO you're better off playing with stuff like lighter rims, you'll feel the effect more than a weight reduction from the body.
You could drop the spare tire, rear seats, front passenger seat, interior carpeting, and door skins....that wouldn't be 200 lbs but that's as good as I would think it gets before you have to start tearing out stuff like the air conditioning.

your gonna have a really hard time with 200 lbs. Like telly said, to get seconds off your 1/4 mile your going to have to gut everything, remove a/c, ps, lighter rims, and lighten all parts that have direct motion to the drive train. I think i read the rule somewhere that each 10 lbs removed from any drive train part would be equal to 16 lbs body reduction.
if you have AAA (or another insurance provider that tows within your policy) and safe legit tires, remove the spare tire in trunk along with the other pieces.
15" lightweight rims would work as well

Yeah I thought about getting light weight 15"-s, I but I did not think that rotating mass has some sraight equivalens to body mass.
So, wheels+pulleys should help w/o removing extras?
