Is it possible to re-calibrate speedo/odometer?

I replaced my tires from 185/65/15 to 195/60/15, the tire calc says 1% difference from stock but i tested it and my car seems to almost show a 3% difference, so i am logging that many more miles.....

is it possible to re-calibrate to account for the error, can the dealer do this? I dont want to replace the tires b/c they are brand new and i like the 195/60/15 size.......how much would it cost to recalibrate?

thats why you stick to the tire sizes the manual says... besides 3% more isnt much at all (3mi more for 100mi)
