Well as for the TPS you can drill out the fasteners and use screws of the same size and thread type with a lil low strength locktight. Make sure you adjusts it to honda specs. Check the voltages before you take the old one off at wot and closed positions and set them to the same on the new one.

If you cant buy just the sensor from the dealership the get a whole TB from the junkyard. I got one for 30 bucks so its a lot to spend on one sensor but cheaper than buying a TB from honda(like $150)

the tps is held on by rivets. So you need to break them off and use screws. Its possible, but you're gonna have a hard time aligning the sensor so the ecu matches the rpms.

all you need is a multimeter to check voltages with the key on and the engine off. Check full closed and full open. or get a manual they will tell you the specs and just adjust them to that, its no big deal really. full closed is more important than the full open voltage because after a certain amount of voltage the car goes into open loop mode anyways i think its like 80-90% TP but not positive

are you sure it is the TPS sensor that is the problem? Did you test it? what exactly is your problem?

Good find Gearbox. I may have this done when I'm installing my new head.
