Anyone know how to remove side molding on an '03 sedan?

Anyone know how to remove side molding on an '03 sedan?
I want to remove the side molding trim pieces off the doors of my '03 4 door but Im not comfortoable just prying on stuff. Anyone know the easiest way to do it? Im sure its simple I just dont want to break anything. Thanks for the help everyone.

Civic04 is an unknown quantity at this point
side moldings have clips on the back with screws from the inside and in not positive but i think they have holes in the door so shouldnt take them of anyway.

take off the inside door panel and u pop off the clips from the inside. there are ALOT of clips per door. I believe 8 or something along that line
