indiglo installation..
I was just wondering for whoever installed indiglos, what wire did you connect the power source to in the dash? I'm not asking this wondering how it's done because I installed them in my 99 civic a couple years ago, i just haven't experimented much with this car, so I was curious what people used to save me the troubles of finding it myself. Thanks

just buy some wire taps and tap into that red wire with black stripe or vice versa. i 4got which one. if u search indiglo like Jimmu said, you'll find it. good luck!
i stood there and scrached my head for a hour trying to think of something i could do. then i said f*ck it. I ran it out my door where the wire come out, threw the fender and clipped it on to my parking lights.......it works and i can't see the wire, even when u look there.

ok, i searched and found how to do the install so if anyone is still looking for how to do it, here it is:
after pulling the gauge cluster out, the blue harness on the left side that you pull out has a red wire with a black stripe, tap the power source wire into that wire. for the ground, any part of the chassis it can be tapped into, but the popular choice seems to be wrapping it around one of the two screws on the bottom used to put the cluster back in. As for the questions of how much they are, I found El reverse indiglos on e-Bay for $33.00, after shipping i payed about $40.00. Once you learn of where the put the wires, its a very easy installation to do in my opinion.

they have the small hm/hr in a small circle, but they dont make them with the large numbers being them. here is an auction with the exact same gauges i got, scroll down to see the actual ones, the one shown up top is a sample from a 99 si. e-Bay reverse indiglo auction

I was wondering if any of you guys lived in the Houston, TX area and if so if you knew of any place I could go to to get my APC Indiglos installed for me. I'm ok with taking some of the sh*& apart, i'm just not that experienced in electrical part of it, if you know what I mean. I really appreciate it.
THANKs!!!
