exhaust size

I need to know the inlet size for the stock exhaust on a 04 Civic EX. I am looking to replace the muffler.

So any available information would be great.

i think its abit bigger than that like 1.75 maybe 2 but people usually out 2.5 for all motor and 3 inch for boost

Honda stock pipe size (inlet too) is 1.5 and per mclean987's suggestion on increased size..if you are going to increase size
2.5 for all mtor power and 3 if your boosted

all my pipes never looked much bigger than stock when i changed them especially the stock L pipe from the header to cat its kinda big, i have a extra high flow cat if anyone wants one
