If this is supposed to be in the Members Rides section move it, but I think it's more appropriate here since it deals with modifications to the motor etc...

I just want to be clear of the engine (power yielding) DIY's on this site. So far I've found and did 2 to my car:

-Throttle cable adjustment
-Throttle body coolant bypass

Are there any other cheap/at-home DIY's that anybody has found that I don't know about? Even the littlest things, whatever. I want to squeeze the most of my stock motor before I go aftermarket and cough up a crapload of cash. Thanks everyone!

I've heard a 3.3K ohm inline on your Intake Air Temp. Sensor will make it think it's getting 60degrees, which is perfect temp or something like that... someone said something about a 4.7k ohm but i think that is a different motor. How does it feel after those two mods, im thinking about doing them too...?

It's definitely a huge improvement! Especially the coolant bypass... feels like I added a cai! Although it might be a little more complicated than it sounds, it's worth the trouble! Tell me more about this new thing tho...
