Angry 02 ex will not run right

i have a 02 ex and with a ractive sri, megan header, 2.25 custom exhuast with nopi muffler. intake is getting very hot, also i took the header off the other day and noticed that 2 of the exhuast ports 3 and 4 were white unlike the other two which were black. car runs kinda sluggish sometimes and loses speed going up hills. but when stock didnt lose any speed going up hills and never ran sluggish. any suggestions?

i have done the tb heater bypass, long time ago. but i thought i was being smart when i replaced the spark plugs by putting iridium ngk's. i also didnt use a tourqe wrench i just tighten them with a ratchet. i was told by a guy at my exhuast shop that the reason why the two ports were white is that the car is running lean. could that be the extremely hot air or those stupid *** spark plugs............... somebody please help. i also have taken off the power steering.. does that unbalance the engine???

Wow everything is wrong. Put the stock intake on, and do the throttle body heater bypass mod to keep cool air coming in. That will give your low end power back. Then check the spark plugs (stock double plat is best) and make sure they are tightened to 13ft/lbs (use a torque wrench). You could prolly keep the header and exhaust without too much problem.
