Headers Torque Spec. ?????

I have a 2003 Civic Ex. I need to know the Torque Specs. for the headers.
Anyone know? about to put on the turbo manifold

23 ft/lbs for the bolts/nuts to the head
17 ft/lbs for the bolts to the downpipe
