Do a search, type "firewall". There are several threads. The first one seems to have some good information. Actually, wait. I'll post the links. Customization is disabled, so you might not actually get the same results that I am getting.

i had the same problem, i have a manual, and the firewall is almost directly behind the clutch, and it is the smallest little hole, it took me foreever and a day to get my wires through it, it is very hard to see, unless there is a lot of light emitting through your car. Good luck man...
i would think u could drill a hole and buy a rubber piece to fit.....i have the same problem. right now i have it running threw the fenders and into the hole for the power windows.......u can't see it lol

OK ... I got it last night..... I put it in were the blue cable above the throttle cable goes in.... it has a rubber piece around it so from the engine bay I just took a flat head screwdriver and pried the edge open and then twisted the screw driver so it would make a little gap and i stuffed the wires in a little and pulled them through from the inside.
