I havent seen them lately, but the ones I bought last we NGK Lazer Platinum plugs, and were about $10 each
I do not believe that they have 10,000mi on them yet, but the car they are in runs shitty so I want to make sure they are clean to help it as much as I can

Take spark plugs out. put some gasoline on them, where the sparks come out of, and light it up. It should burn most of the stuff on them.

Seeing as how the temperatures in the combustion chamber are significantly higher, this won't work.
wire brush would be best way to clean them..
but as most have said... best thing to do is buy new ones.. even the cheapest ngk ones wont run that much...
I got Bosch Platinum +4's and i paid about $10 a pair canadian... so like 30 cents american

I agree, I always clean my spark plugs instead of buying new ones. I use a method that takes two people like that other guy said. I usually have someone crank the motor while sticking my finger in the plug socket, since the dirty plug is in my pocket the electrical charge that is flowing through my body cleans the plug by Osmosis. Its like magic, others should try this too. Or we could not be such JEWS and just buy four new spark plugs. They are cheaper than those filter on a stick things people call "high performance intakes" Really man, if you want to clean them than go ahead and clean them, we cant make yo ugo to Napa and buy them, a stiff tooth brush with solvent works well, and some 1000 grit sand paper works well for the electrode. Hope this helps.

if your not getting new ones , carb cleaner and a wire brush is what i've seen done in some shops including the dealership.
