No its not too loud, though i am sure people would notice you if you were at WOT. Now if you were cruising I am sure you would blend in well. Honestly though i really cant say, cause i have not heard my car from the outside other than at idle. That is why i decided to have a friend of mine record as i Cruise By, WOT by, and WOT away. Ill even try to get video if possible.

Would that exhaust have any trouble clearing a 22mm rear progress anti-roll bar?

What is that on the old pipe? Why is thicker on one end?

So when you pay 400-500$ for an RSR exhaust it includes the black pipe? Is that pipe powder coated?

Its a resonator.

Yes the black pipe is included, and yes both the pipe and exhaust are powder coated black.

Those look like high quality pices, I like the fact that there powder coated.

So one hooks up to your exhaust manifold, and the other part directly to the cat? So on our cars we have a muffler a cat and a resonator?

Starting from the engine (EX Model) you have the header, j-pipe with cat, mid-pipe with resonator, and finally the muffler.
The RS*R system replaces your mid-pipe (no resonator) and muffler.

I just put the RS-R exhaust on today and wow, it's awesome. it's "loud" for me ... but compared to all the other exhausts out there, it's not loud ... maybe I'm just too used to the stock sound ;P

I think I lost power throughout the band, but I didn't reset my ecu yet (not sure if that would do much anyway) ... so far my mods are ... ebay cai, generic 2.5" midpipe and the rs-r exhaust ... and no power steering, I guess. i'm guessing the stock header is what is choking up the exhaust system .... but oh well.

I LOVE the sound of it though ... exhaust is still breakin in, so hopefully I'll see some gains

So if I were to purchase one and I dont have a Intake or header whould that result in a major backpressure and would I lose power throughout the entire band too?

^not quite. it varies on which exhaust your replacing your factory one with. i believe the rsr is considered a 'street' exhaust which may result with lower low end while kicking up the mid-high rpms? most exhaust on the market are like that for our 7thgencivics.
