My Cluster burned, ***!!!!!!!

so I was putting my center console back into place and then I turn on the car a few minutes later this **** fukin' fried, smoke and everything, I thought my car was gonna be on fire...

what could've happened? I do have an after market deck and all but I've had if for like 2 years now...I didnt change any wiring when I removed the center console I just had to change something on my climate control....what could've happened?

and does Honda cover this under warranty??? how much do clusters cost anyways????

Clusters are around $100 on ebay, but the mileage will be different. Maybe something shorted out when you pulled out the console.

yeah I checked what sucks is that they are all in mph and Im in Toronto I need Km/h

Might I suggest hitting up some junkers in the T-Dot? For about a bill you should be able to pull a cluster....

Funny how the only thing you can get is MPH and yet some of that ish actually claims to be JDM..lol. Pretty much the reason I never got an aftermarket set.

MPH looks gay......KM/H fills up the guage better

yeah thats what Im gonna do...also doesn anybody know where I can find that diagram one of the members on here posted for the 03-04 gauge pinout to do the conversion...I think he also had an excel sheet

is there any problems from doing this conversion...
