2001 lx sway bar conversion

I currently driving a 2001 civic lx coupe and my car doesn't come with a sway bar, and i know alot of member has did the conversion as they had to buy the endlink and bracket, my question was if i use the stock endlink and bracket is it possible to go with the 22mm type r rsx bar?

ur car does come with a front sway bar, just not the rear.
