I.D. of fuel feed line?

Any1 know what the inside diameter of the engine bay fuel feed line is? My n2o kit came w/ a 5/16" T hose barb fitting, but it's too big to fit in the fuel line. Will a 1/4" T fitting work?

Ok, measured i.d. of fuel feed line. It's 4/16" - 4.5/16" but since its hard plastic, I think the 5/16" T is too big. The T kept shredding the plastic line when I tried to force it. 1/4" T would probably be a better fit.

hey man quick question

Are you using a fuel feed line or fuel injection line?

If your using a normal fuel line i would suggest to change it, its only good up to 50 psi of fuel pressure(idle fuel pressure is about 50 psi), but a fuel injection line will hold 150 psi of fuel pressure.

Emailed Edelbrock, they said line was designed for fuel injected cars. Also, they use the 5/16" fuel tee in their 5/16" line w/ hose clamps, eliminating the stock fuel feed line altogether.
