Hp Full Race Header

The hp full race header, if i put it on a lx do i have to change to ex sway bar to get this on? because i've search but i couldn't find an answer.
and one member told me that i only need it if i have a cat
can some body help me out with this and my civic is 2001

he's the guy that i am going to buy from, and he has change the sway bar but i was wondering is it possible if i don't change it if i don't need the cat..
