yeah my bf used the thief mode alot and ruint my reputation but I'm trying to get it green again. But anyways, has anyone heard of the Sea Foam product?

AutoRX....it's all I use. I also use Lube Control and Fuel Power and have oil analysis done .

Real good product.. We used it on my brother 92 Civic Hatch project after we recieved the car puttering and smoking and after the treatment it idle's smoother and no longer smokes...

Yes, this product is quite old. I also second the reccomendation for AutoRX, but I doubt anyone on this site has a car old enough to really need it yet. Even at 60k miles on a Civic I doubt there's much carbon buildup in there, assuming proper maintenance.

Seafoam is good stuff. I used it in my 240sx to help extend the life of the engine prior to swapping it. I remember there being a lot of smoke the first time I used it. Just make sure to change your oil after a few hundred miles.
That being said, I don't think you should need to use it yet unless you have a ton of miles on your car. I used it on a 15 year old car with 160,000 miles on the clock
