Port & Polish... worth it?

I own a 01 EX and will be removing the head this winter, I was wondering if spending some time and $ on porting and polishing is worth it on the D17. Any experiences, dynos, 1/4 results or feedback to help me? Thanx!

Not really worth it if you stay NA. Very worth it if you go turbo. I dynoed my auto 2k2 civic ex with port and polish head, header, and race valves at 100whp tuned with vafcII.
