A little help guys!!--where to set boost controller

Ok...with a boost controller...say i have a T04E turbo, intercooled, 440cc injectors, and the Hondata S200 fuel management system. Im guessin you would be lookin at anywere b/w 7-10psi...10 would be awesum, but not sure if that's safe with the stock internals. If economy doesnt really matter...being that it would jus be my "go fast car... how much boost could/should I should run safely? Its made 220 on 5psi... is that good/bad/whatever ??? Also, any estimates on wheel horsepower would be welcomed-- ima n00b... so any help would be appreciated.

What kind of gas are you running? Timing? There are many factors that determine how much boost a block can take. What motor are you using? S200 must be an OBD1 of some sort?
