Help! o2 sensor prolbem

I recently decided to take my engine back to stock and while putting the stock intake back on I forgot to put the o2 sensor back in. what are the damages of this and what are some of the prolbems this might have caused? I have drove it for about 2 tanks of gas before i noticed it.

what do i need to do to correct it? just plug it back in and reset the ecu?

theirs no o2 sensor on the stock airbox, but their is an air temp. sensor that plugs in the airbox (the actual box with filter in it) that is located right above the TB.

Didn't you notice the check engine light coming on? But it doesn't really matter. That sensor doesn't really contribute much to the ecu adjustments. If the temp gets really hot o really cold, it may change the a/f ratio, but not by much. Plug it back in, and reset the ecu so the check engine light goes off. If you still had the plug connected and the sensor was just hanging out in the engine bay, then the cel would not have come on and you can just put it back in the intake.

If it increases your air/fuel ratio then yeah your gas milage will go down a bit.
quit being lazy, and go plug the thing in

Get a $16 intake off of Ebay, and use the mounting (gasket rubber thing) you'll just have to drill the hole, to whatever size, you should be able to measure off of the $16 intake.

It may be possible to use the mounting gasket thing off the stock intake, I haven't looked at it.
