need help!!! car not starting

well, the story is that i got into a head on collision with another car and now my car is not starting. The battery and its connections are fine and fully charged. With the battery o.k. it leads me to think it was the starter motor, but that checks out also. I'm not too much of a wiz with electrical problems but I'm starting to think it is a relay or fuse problem.... can anyone tell me which possible relays or fuses can be responsible for my car not starting or similar problems that occured with other 7thgencivic owners and how they fixed it..... thanks to everyone who read this thread and is trying to help. any feed back would be very helpful.

why havent you taken it to get looked at if you were in an accident. Was it your fault. Do you have insurance.

my insurance is "one way" insurance and the accident is not covered because the other driver took off and i was too dazed to see his license plate...those airbags really hit hard. so since insurance wasn't going to cover **** and i didn't want to stick around for a police report to ruin the title of my car so i took off. but when i got home the radiator was leaking and the lights, hood, fender, bumper, and windshield was ruined. so several months past and I finally replaced the front end with radiator and fans and misc and got it running, only to find it not want to start the next day. and thats the whole story.

oh hey guys...I got my car to run. turns out that the grounding on my negative battery terminal wasn't on bare metal and instead it was on top of a thin layer of paint. for anyone out there who has this problem, be sure to check the grounding on your cars. Stay negative
