head bolt tourque specifications

hey does anyone know how many ft lbs the head bolts need to be tourqued down to? im doing my head gasket this thursday and need to know!

about 53. i run mine at 59 and havent blown a head gasket since (still running a stock one)

Take note of the units of torque and the bolt pattern. Also, it is recommended to use new bolts.

freekin sweet guys, thank you for the help! by the was what book did you get the pics out of, and where did you get it? catalyst, how are you still running on a stock head gasket, i blew mine after like a week???

futurersxswap is an unknown quantity at this point
stock head gasket here too... but i had trouble, due to my running out of methanoil like a MOrON.... it was still fun, new gasket will seal GREAT and i will be going to 57ft/lbs... its all good... cat, we need to talk about your tranny troubles, i think i know a secret here noone else does about trannies and our cars man, we just figured something out at my local honda dealer... hmmm,.... VERY interesting...

dude how are you going 13.71, what psi are you running on a stock head gasket? what other mods do you have?

Pic is from the oem honda service manual. It's around $80 but well worth it. Has everything you need to know about the car.
