Diy : Sonar Tails Painted!!
I know most you have done it or want to do but there is not a DIY for painting the insides of altezzas. I finally got it done by getting info from some of you guys on here and actually got the ***** to try it not to crack the lenses. Here is the way I did step by step. : 
1. First of all take you tails off unless you have them off already.
2.Take them inside put them in the oven at 450 (i noticed that the longer u leave it the more easily it comes off. Lets say like 5-10 mins.
3. Use a razor blade to cut the silcone that is holding the lenses. The silicone should be soft if not put them back in oven.
4. After you cut the silicone all way around put them in oven again to soften the silcone it has inside the grooves the lenses are laying in.
5. Take them out and start to pry them with a screwdriver. Or u can use something esle just something harder than the razor. You start to lift the lense out of the groove that its in. Do it slowly little at a time. The first lense on the practice altezza i had i crack it
. So be patient if you feel like it to hard, not coming apart . STOP! 
Pop them in oven again. (i had to put them oven like 4 times to get it apart) .
6. As soon are u see the gray silicone its holding on to pry the lense up with a screwdriver and use knife or razor with other hand to cut the gray silicone away (kinda looks like gum).
7.After a while you will see that its coming apart but be paitent till the end because any force will crack the lense trust me.
8.Soon you will be able to fit you hands throught the lenses and assembly and start prying apart with hands.
9. You should have it apart
now paint it any color you like. I painted mine white to match my car.
10. When you ready to put back just use silicone to hold it together.
There you go!!
