DIY Headlight Black Out

Hey i drive 2000 Sir and was wondering if anyone has done this before? Or even seen on another site that this has been done and show step by step how ?
Any help will be Appreciated.

this is the DIY for clearing our headlights and removing our bumper, but clearing them should be the same for a 2000 honda civic.
