e-manage question

so I bought an emanage and im thinking of taking it to my mechanic.. I heard its very hard to tune the e-manage on my car... 01 civic ex...
anyways.. I just got my turbo and am doing the fuel side now..
my question is.. what should I let my mechanic know about the e-manage and my car?? what are some things he should know before he touches my car... any1 with experience or non experience.. doesnt matter.. thanks guys...
