Turning vtec back on with vafc

my gf has a vafc in her integra gsr, and someone turned it off so she could pass emissions better. Well now we cant figure out how to turn it back on.

If anyone could help that would be great thanks.

i am going to say that you need to reset the vtec engagement point. they probably just bumped it up so she wouldn't engage vtec, or they unhooked the wire in the harness at which point you would need to hook it back up.

are you talking about the wire in the ECU. And do you know what letters represent were we woiuld set the engagement to normal on the vafc?

well the wire i am talking about is the one that would connect to the ecu. i see no reason why it would be disconnected but youo never know. the letters on a vafc-2 are V/T cont this is where you set your vtec engagement. you may also want to check the throttle position point as well that is TH point.
