HX catalytic converter...same position as EX?

Does anyone know if the position of the cat on the 2k1 HX is the same as on the 2k1 EX?

I have an HX and am thinking about getting a header that bolts on directly to the cat of the EX.

On the EX it's under the car behind the engine bay. Got pipe between the maifold and the converter.
