awesome, pics are what make a DIY possible. any DIY I post will have pics.. I just don't see the point (this day in age) of trying to explain something so detailed in just text.

Should be nice, btw, have you done a leak/pressure test on the rail to make sure the weld is leakproof? Before you put it on, I'd test it to 125 psi at least. Did you have the weld job done local?

was that tig welded? It looks like a REAL clean weld. Id imagine if it was tig welded it would generate less heat then brazing, but i could be wrong.
Hey guys if you are using that reg. then u dont need to mod the rail. its a bypass style. i set mine up with that one last year, 6k miles ago works mint. after serious hacking of the sending unit assembly i got a walbro pump in there and bypassed the factory reg. just drill a hole in the top of the sending unit and tap a brass pipe elbow into it to hook to the return. when its apart you can see where it should go. dont forget to change over to high pressure line from the pump to the top of the unit. there are two hoses originally, only use one from the pump to the top of the sending unit and find something to seal off the other one. there is a fuel filter that is built into the top of the sending unit. make sure you hook up the line so the fuel flows through the filter. leave enough slack in your hose so the sending unit will still move. its hard to get everything back into the tank so be patient. its a pain but with some common knowledge of fuel systems and some hacking skills you can easily do it

The install was flawless. Everything went exactly as planned. We experienced no problems whatsoever.
When the install was complete we used a hex key to adjust the fuel pressure back to stock. The B&M gauge kit really helped us dial it in.
Can't wait to see that AEM Gauge-Type UEGO Controller installed Wes!
thats tight. when your workin the the gas tank is it best to keep it full so there are less igitable fumes, or less so there no mess and less fuel everywhere. Oh and is there any way to get a list of items used?
