awesome, pics are what make a DIY possible. any DIY I post will have pics.. I just don't see the point (this day in age) of trying to explain something so detailed in just text.

Yeah, if he can ever get his hands on a turbo, lol.
Should be nice, btw, have you done a leak/pressure test on the rail to make sure the weld is leakproof? Before you put it on, I'd test it to 125 psi at least. Did you have the weld job done local?

Personally I would have it brazed on. The fuel rail is "sweated" together - and if you try and weld a fitting on, it may cause problems due to the heat. I had my fitting brazed on and had no issues with it at all...

I agree. It's always a smart idea to test it for pressure and leakage before install, though. It's no fun to put it back together and have a leak, then start from scratch.

the welder and i took that into consideration...he chose to weld it because a weld is stronger than brazing, and he also stated that the temp he would weld it at would still penetrate both metals but would not be any hotter than what a torch would be when brazing it on...he also stated that the fuel rail would come apart before the weld leaked...

was that tig welded? It looks like a REAL clean weld. Id imagine if it was tig welded it would generate less heat then brazing, but i could be wrong.

Hey guys if you are using that reg. then u dont need to mod the rail. its a bypass style. i set mine up with that one last year, 6k miles ago works mint. after serious hacking of the sending unit assembly i got a walbro pump in there and bypassed the factory reg. just drill a hole in the top of the sending unit and tap a brass pipe elbow into it to hook to the return. when its apart you can see where it should go. dont forget to change over to high pressure line from the pump to the top of the unit. there are two hoses originally, only use one from the pump to the top of the sending unit and find something to seal off the other one. there is a fuel filter that is built into the top of the sending unit. make sure you hook up the line so the fuel flows through the filter. leave enough slack in your hose so the sending unit will still move. its hard to get everything back into the tank so be patient. its a pain but with some common knowledge of fuel systems and some hacking skills you can easily do it

Price coming very soon.

The install was flawless. Everything went exactly as planned. We experienced no problems whatsoever.

When the install was complete we used a hex key to adjust the fuel pressure back to stock. The B&M gauge kit really helped us dial it in.

Can't wait to see that AEM Gauge-Type UEGO Controller installed Wes!

It can be used on ANY 7th gen civic excluding the SI. There is no increase in power it is used to allow you to make more power with future modifications. With the kit you will be able to control the fuel pressure from the FPR under the hood. This is not possible with the existing returnless fuel system without adding an inline pump.
