Need help with strut bars

Is there anyone out there who can do a diy on how to install both the rear (upper and lower) and the front lower strut bar? Really need the help. Thanks.

Using a 14mm socket wrench, unscrew the upper nuts. Place strut bar on. Tighten nus back down. Front nuts get torqued to 14 ft-lbs. Not sure about the back.

brent, try to have compassion, it's not like we're dealing with a front strut bar which would only be about 6 bolts without having to take any other components out......oh wait, we are.
