The service manual says 700 +/- 50, so my 600 is too low. I also don't know how accurate my gauges are since they've been repositioned many times. I'll see if my vafc has an rpm reading. I doubt it though. So how can I increase the idle?

Though I have a feeling it would take an ecu flash to increase it.

Hmmm, I cleaned the TB again and did the idle learn procedure. Nothing helped and it's still shaking. I'll see about doing the compression test sometime.
