Exclamation Problems with belt noise

I have a 2002 Civic HX and the belts have been squeeling for awhile. I replaced then and now they dont squeel as much but when I put the car into reverse it shakes alittle but only when the AC is on. And if I am idleing there is a little more shake I can feel in the steering wheel when the AC is on. Could the belts be too tight or loose or is my compressor on its way out. I dont think I under or overtightened them otherwise my alternator would be making some crazy noises. HELP

Thanks
