jdm_bb is an unknown quantity at this point

Fuse Problem ?

I don't know what's wrong with my car, because when i signal the signal on the right flash faster than the one on the left. And It's not the signal light bulb blew because I just replace them and try to put them on the left side and it work. And when once I turn on the air conditioning it lags while the signal is flashing and the car will over heat.
Does anyone know what's wrong, or have had the same problem before?
Any help would be appreciate..
