Remote Start Problem! HELP!

Hey, I just installed a Performance Teknique Remote Start alarm into my 1999 Civic. It's an automatic Transmission. Alarm and everything seems to work fine. My problem is when I remote start the engine only stays on for about 4 seconds and it shuts off. This particular alarm system will keep trying to start the engine 5 times before it gives up, so it does it 5 times in a row. Any clue? E-Mail me at jodykw@theinfamous.net Thanks!

TACH WIRE ... your tach wire more than likely isnt programmed, look by your drivers side shock/strut tower there will be a little rubber plug that is black with a blue wire in it , that will be it , its really easy to see and get to !
