Quarter mile times?
i was wondering if anyone has run an lx automatic at the track yet? more or less stock, i/h/e is ok. or does anyone know how much hp they put to the wheels? no guesstimates plz.
An Lx put out 85whp at the dyno i was at. With exhaust
I put out 115whp, 104 tq I/H/E (EX)
It will be higher next week cause of adjustment i made
no 1/4 times yet thought, Ill let you know if I find any

Rep Power: 0 hey i didnt know how fast (or in this case slow) it was. i always thought it was around a low 17 high 16. didnt think it was a full second slower then that. oh well, guess my plans have gone out the window. hmm... maybe a k24 swap....

Ran 17.220 @ 82mph my first time out , high humidity, traction was a real bear (2.5s 60'), my spark plugs were also on the way out at the time...
I was disappointed until I remembered I built my car to handle, not go fast in a straight line
That was my first and last time at the track with this car, it won't pass tech because my battery is in the trunk without a kill switch on the rear bumper (IHRA Regulations)

i have spent about $3500 so far... but none for going fast. I'm sure a turbo D17 with a gutted interior, 15" azenis tires and some stiff shocks/springs would hit low 13's in the 1/4
