OEM brake pads break-in procedure

I was wondering how to break-in a new set of OEM brake pads. I did a search on the net and found many ways of doing it, but what's the best method for our car?

I heard that properly breaking in new pads increases its service life and i'm very concerned with this because my last pad lasted only 13000 miles.

i used the DIY for changing your rotors and pads and my breaks ''bedded'' themselves

I'm not interrested in changing pads!!! I just want to know how you used your brakes for the break in period (i.e 200 miles).
