I'm thinking its somewhere in the manual. The only thing it may not tell you is which one is the drain bolt, but its the one about 4" below the filler bolt (the one with the square socket) and its identical to the oil drain bolt.
Drain it, open fiiler bolt, I used a tube from a bic pen and stuck on the end of the nozzel for the gear lube(75-90 moble syn.) Stick in the filler whole and squeezed the bottles in there until it starts to come out the filler hole. Just make sure your car is level. I had to take my tire off to make it easier. Very easy and should only take 15min.

According to the manual, your suppose to use Honda ATF-Z1 for automatic trannies. You drain and refill three times, and drive around a little bit. Then drain and fill one more time and your done. Its in the manual. If your talking about a manual tranny, just drain and refill with Honda MTF until its starts to flow out the drain hole. Browse the manual, its in there.
