Need Help

I'm changing my steering wheel out of my 2k1 civic lx sedan and I was wondering if someone could do a DIY for me. I think I gotta set off my airbag but I want to know the safe way to change out my steering wheel to a Momo one I'm putting on. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

MONTREALCIVIC is an unknown quantity at this point
taking a stock airnag off is a bad idea if you get into an accident head on you will most likely die but if that is of no concern to you all you have to do is disconnect your batery adn you will have no issue with the airbag popping out.

Kloverz has a little shameless behaviour in the past
yea it would look tight with a aftermarket steering wheel, but the safe side is more important,
