ok i have a 92 automatic cavalier. sometimes when i come to a stop it will start jerking violetly and just stall out what the hell is going on please help me out here.

Rep Power: 0 well, try this, when you come to a stop, and it starts to shake, take it outof gear into neutral, and if it doesnt stall, its your tranny, but if it still does, your ECU, or something else may be screwed up.

Rep Power: 287 thanks for your guys help but i have been looking into this all day and i have been reading that it maybe tcc solenoid "tourqe converter clutch solenoid. have any of you ever heard of this before. the way it sounds it is a relativly easy fix but i have never heard of this part before.
