how to set a VAFCII

I just got my VAFCII installed yesterday but I dont know which way to set it up is the best. Can anyone please give me the spec of how I should tune my VAFCII so I can gain the best out of it. Mine is a 01 civic coupe SI (Canada). Any help will be appreciate. Thanks.

You have to get it dyno tuned at a shop. Apexi recommends their own people, but it's hard to find the places. Each car is different and requires custom tuning. You can't really just guess or use what other cars have.
