silencer removal

what do you use to stick down your exhaust to get the damn silencer out?

get some vice grips, latch onto it somewhere, get a rubber mallet. On the front of the vice grips there is usually a flat spot, and just start gently banging on that spot with the mallet.

yeah but this is an apexi silencer. theres no place for me to grip the silencer besides when i grip the outer part of the muffler tip.

there's a small area that the screw passes through just use that as the leverage point using an allen wrench or get a long allen wrenchand hook the silencer through the opening and pull
