I dunno, maybe it's just me, but swapping steering wheels for another Honda wheel just seems to me like a waste of time and money. They just don't look different enough to be a desirable mod. Plus, only another Civic driver would even notice the difference. Maybe this is related to that whole "gimme JDM parts" fad that's going on now.
I'll pass for more worthwhile mods.

Here is my two cents

1. It is a wider grip the wheel grip is oval instead of round. Better in my opinion.

2. It is better then a after momo or grant or any other wheel becuase you still have the use of the airbag.

3. Plus this is a momo wheel.

^^^^^^^The CTR and RSX-R wheel has the Momo logo on it. The USDM SI wheel does not. Plus the SI wheel is smaller. Makes turns alot easier.

I love the SI wheel.MO its a lot better than the aftermarket wheels out there. To answer your question yes it can be done and the airbag and the cruise control and horn will all be functional. Its not a direct bolt on but its very close.

Pm me if you have any questions on how to do this install. My setup is completely reversible as well.
